Leasing financier subsidié par la Région bruxelloise
The purchase of your business equipment, furniture, real estate or company car in the form of a lease is subsidised by the Brussels-Capital Region under certain conditions:
- In all cases, the goods purchased in the form of leasing must be used for five years by the business applying for the grant and located in Brussels from the date of the invoice, irrespective of the duration of the leasing contract;
- The amount excluding VAT of the purchase must be entered under heading 2 of the fixed assets accounts in your accounts;
- If your company's head office is located in a development zone: the leasing contract for business equipment and furniture only must mention a symbolic purchase option. The company will have to make a sworn statement that it undertakes to buy the asset at the end of the leasing period. This condition has been in force since 1 July 2016 and does not apply to applications submitted before that date, or to company vehicles or real estate.
The bonus can be requested after the leasing contract has been signed, but before the date of the invoice to the leasing company and before any initial payment.
