Investeringen in de biotechsector gecoördineerd vanuit PMV

Het Biotech Fonds Vlaanderen (BFV) werd in 1994 op initiatief van de Vlaamse overheid opgericht ter stimulering van de biotechsector in Vlaanderen. De Vlaamse Regering beslist nu om het operationele beheer van BFV over te dragen aan de ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV). Deze beslissing kadert in de strategie van de Vlaamse overheid om de investeringen in de biotechsector te coördineren vanuit PMV. PMV zal de middelen van BFV inzetten voor directe investeringen in bedrijven actief in de levenswetenschappen in Vlaanderen.
