Up to 55% subsidized if you invest ecologically
If you invest ecologically, in certain cases you can receive up to 55% subsidy, to be calculated on the ecological additional cost. In addition, you can also apply for an investment deduction of 13.5% of the invested amount for the assessment year 2022.

Via the Ecology Premium Plus, you can obtain subsidies for technologies that are more efficient than the currently established standards. The additional cost that distinguishes your investment from traditional technologies is reimbursed up to 55 %. The subsidised technologies are recorded in the Limitative Technologies List. Changes are made to this list several times a year (deletion, addition, change of subsidised percentage).
Investments that are not on the List of Limitative Technologies because they are company or sector specific, but which exceed the current standards, can be subsidised via the Strategic Ecology Support. Depending on the technology used and the size of your company, you can recover up to 40% of the additional cost via the Flemish Government.
If in 2021 you already made investments with a view to a more rational use of energy or for the improvement of industrial processes from an energy point of view and for energy recovery, you can possibly benefit from an increased investment deduction of 13 % to 15 %, depending on the assessment year. For the assessment year 2022, this percentage is 13.5%.
